The FAA logo Watermark will not appear on final purchased photograph.
I took this photo at Manhattan Beach, California just after storm has has passed through the area. Beach photography in the winter can be very beautiful and full of color and movement. Manhattan Beach has some of the finest waves for surfing in the world.

Jerry Absolutely incredible shot for so many reasons, far above the still very interesting "big wave" shots we've all come to know from Rolex and other luxury advertisers. This is the first shot I've seen of a wave 1- after it breaks 2- from slightly behind the wave 3- from only slightly above (shots usually made from below - from the water in the trough in front of breaking wave so we get a good view of the surfers on them or from far above because pilots generally dont want to come too low near a very big wave that is just about to break because weird things happen to the air currents then Absolutely great coloration as well, making this one of the very best wave shots I've ever seen!
Jerry Cowart replied:
Thank you Ken, I very much appreciate your comments.
