I went to Malibu Beach California to take some seascape shots. It was a magnificent day for shooting at the beach; of course any day is a good day to take photos at the beach. I came across this little Sandpiper having a crab for a Snack. I love watching the little Sandpiper quickly running in and out of the water. The area I like taking photos at is called Malibu Lagoon an estuary at the mouth of Malibu Creek at the Pacific Ocean in Malibu.

FYI: Malibu Lagoon State Beach is a state protected beach of California, United States, and a unit of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. Also known as Surfrider Beach, it has a long-standing reputation as a premier surfing beach. Located in Malibu, California, it was dedicated as the first World Surfing Reserve on October 9, 2010. The 110-acre site was established as a California state park in 1951.
